‘Less’ is a by-word for the Less Rain ethos:
We make designs that are less predictable without being impractical, devising solutions that are desirable and intuitive. By creating small, perfect worlds, our goal is to deliver digital experiences that are more about intriguing exploration than off-the-shelf effects.
Senior Designer / Art Director
Less Rain believes in simple, intuitive and imaginative design. If the above words resonate with you, you are one of us. And you are lucky, as the position for a designer at Less Rain comes only once every two to three years.
We are looking for a friendly and talented designer to join our team in Shoreditch. You are someone who enjoys conceptualizing for pitches and self developed projects but, and equally as important, also has a great enthusiasm for getting stuck in chopping up PSD’s or making layouts pixel perfect.

You will be working on a mixture of projects, from well known global brands and agencies to getting involved with start-up companies we partner with. You’ll be involved in all stages of project, from the concept to the delivery.
As a person you are always thinking of new ways to use design and interaction to solve problems. You are quick and stress tolerant, with attention to detail and good communication skills. You are comfortable talking about your ideas and can inspire others to follow your lead.
